Arrive Rome (Italy)
Day 1: Tuesday 1 May
A city built on aged pillars and a history of ambition, we land in Rome. A short drive later we are at the Grand Hotel De La Minerve. Set in a 17th-century mansion hotel it overlooks the Pantheon, mere minutes from the Trevi Fountain.
This evening, tucked away on the Roof Garden of our hotel, we enjoy a Welcome Dinner.
Naples, Sorrento
Day 2: Wednesday 2 May
Naples, a tapestry of coffee and fresh seafood woven into the Amalfi Coast. The day begins with a tour of the city centre. For a local lunch experience, we are tempted by the crispy edges and soft, melted cheese of authentic woodfired pizza. A sprig of fresh basil atop. This afternoon, we’re off to Sorrento.
Through rows of lemon trees that line the entrance of Grand Hotel Excelisor Vittoria, we make our way to our hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Terrazza Bosquet. Overlooking the Gulf of Naples by twilight, indulge in an exquisite dining experience.
Sorrento
Day 3: Thursday 3 May
At the famous Mastroberardino, an estate operated by 11 generations of passionate winemakers, explore the family owned villa and prestigious cellars. For lunch, visit Ristorante Morabianca. With emerald hills rippling into the distance, enjoy a glass of the vineyard’s famous Fiano di Avellino.
Returning to Sorrento, the afternoon is for your leisure. This evening, choose from our culinary Your World experiences.
- Aboard a private yacht, venture forth to Capri. Once ashore, enjoy oceanic views at Ristorante Mamma.
- You may fancy a selection of Sorrento’s fine restaurants. Your Tour Manager will reveal their favourites.
Sorrento
Day 4: Friday 4 May
Discover the Amalfi Coast with a private sommelier. Visit breathtaking towns and villages that stud the coastline.
This evening we visit the two Michelin-starred restaurant, Don Alfonso 1890. Enjoy the restaurant’s own olive oil, vegetables and famous lemon liqueur, all produced from the chef’s personal seven-hectare farm.
Rome
Day 5: Saturday 5 May
Back to the eternal city of Rome. Uncover a hidden wealth of cobblestone paths and sandstone towers. From the dusty step of an old monument, locals can be seen winding through the streets. We follow them to Ristorante Frascati Cacciani, where lunch is served, and visit Castel de Paolis with a private sommelier. Tonight we check in to Hotel de Russie and take part in a Your World culinary experience.
- At twilight, a lavish dinner is set just for us on the lush terrace. The air is laced with fragrant orange blossoms and candles flicker in the breeze.
Rome
Day 6: Sunday 6 May
Enjoy today with a host of Your World experiences.
- Explore ancient corners of the city. Journey to the Colosseum, the Pantheon and more.
- Spend the day marvelling at the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica Complex, within the walls of Vatican City.
We board Silver Spirit and enjoy a Welcome Dinner tonight.
Corsica (France)
Day 7: Monday 7 May
Arrive in Porto-Vecchio on the island of Corsica. Embark on a walking tour before choosing a Your World experience.
- Sink your feet into the sand and join a private cooking class on the beach. Sample wine while our personal chef is dedicated to fulfilling your appetite for culinary knowledge.
- Board a fleet of Zodiac boats and sail to Ajaccio. Passing Bonifacio, you’ll realise dazzling harbour views.
Livorno (Italy)
Day 8: Tuesday 8 May
Design the day with our Your World experiences.
- Embark on a half-day walking tour of Livorno.
- Indulge in an epic wine tasting journey in Bolgheri along the Tuscan coast, under the shade of 2,500 cypresses.
- Journey to Florence, home of fine crafts. Explore jewellers and leather stores that line time-worn streets.
Portofino
Day 9: Wednesday 9 May
We arrive in Portofino early this morning along the cerulean coast. Spend the day at your liberty, exploring the idyllic town. Or join a Your World experience.
- Perhaps captivating Cinque Terre will entice. Stop in Vernazza, Manarola and Riomaggiore and enjoy lunch.
- Hike from Portofino to Santa Margherita. Pass tiny chapels, the vast coastline laid out in front of you.
Cannes (France)
Day 10: Thursday 10 May
Our eyes are drawn to the coast as we wake to breathtaking towns along the French Riviera. We dock in Cannes and refine our adventure with a Your World experience.
- Explore the picturesque cities of Nice and Grasse.
- Join a half-day tour of Antibes, with white sands and stone against brilliant blue water. Tour the Picasso Museum.
- On a half-day tour, explore the historic centre of Cannes. Finish at the Provencal markets where refreshments await.
Marseille
Day 11: Friday 11 May
We cruise ashore like the sun gliding across the sky. As we dock, decide which Your World experience you’ll indulge in.
- Explore maritime history between the rickety boats of Marseille, including an exquisite lunch aboard.
- Wander the rocky streets of Aix-en-Provence. Like a true local, enjoy lunch outside under the shade of beech trees.

- Along the medieval alleys of the Gothic Quarter, we find charming squares and watch locals on their balconies.
- See Barcelona through the eyes of it’s most famous artist. We discover a collection of Gaudí’s whimsical creations including Park Guell.
Valencia
Day 14: Monday 14 May
The air is warm and salty as we arrive in Valencia. Yes, this is the harbour city from which Spain’s favourite rice dish heralds. Your day unfolds on a Your World experience.
- Learn how to cook the perfect paella, crunchy base and all, followed by a wine tasting with a private sommelier.
- Discover Spain’s third-largest city on a half-day tour. Wander through sun-drenched streets and leafy parks.
Ibiza
Day 15: Tuesday 15 May
Today, the famous island of Ibiza awaits. Sink your toes in the warm sand. The waves gently pull their way across the shore until they reach your feet. Then, venture further on a Your World experience.
- There’s more to Ibiza than parties and beach clubs. Delve deeply into the fascinating history visiting its old villages.
- Steep cobblestone streets and lofty ramparts define Ibiza’s old town, Dalt Vita. On foot we discover a trove of treasures.
Cartagena
Day 16: Wednesday 16 May
A maze of stone memories and balconies with lovers resting on the iron railing, we dock in Cartagena. Spain’s largest naval base has been a strategic harbour and trading post to Phoenicians, Romans, Moors and Christians over the centuries.
Palms swaying in the breeze, explore the city’s historic centre. Peer into a window and imagine the lives of those who wandered before you. This afternoon is set aside for free time.
Malaga
Day 17: Thursday 17 May
Gateway to the Costa del Sol, indulge the senses in Malaga. Culturally rich and dynamic, we discover the city’s eclectic personality. A self-styled capital of art and food. Which Your World opportunity will determine your adventure today?
- Explore the city’s Renaissance cathedral, Moorish and Phoenician fortresses, Roman theatre and Picasso Museum.
- Travel to glorious Granada, where the Alhambra centrepiece is everything you imagined.
Gibraltar
Day 18: Friday 18 May
The morning in Gibraltar is for you to design as you please on a Your World experience.

Day 19: Saturday 19 May

- We plunge into Casablanca. Follow the scent of citrus, roses and leather through tangled medinas, quiet walled gardens and soaring mosques.

Disembark Ship
We skirt Portugal’s southern coast. Bronze cliffs are caressed by the lazy ocean. Our ship eases across the scene.
In Lisbon, we disembark Silver Spirit for the final time. Through canary coloured trams and terracotta rooftops, enjoy a city tour. We settle in for three nights at the Olissippo Lapa Palace.

Day 22: Tuesday 22 May
Enjoy the day on your own, or immerse yourself in the dazzling sites with a choice of Your World experiences.
- Consider the stunning Sintra National Palace and other treasures of Sintra this afternoon.
- Strewn with relics and artifacts of forgotten stories, Evora is impeccably preserved. Lose yourself between the narrow lanes.
This evening, in a private room at our palatial hotel, we delight in a Farewell Dinner with fellow travellers.
Depart Lisbon
Day 23: Wednesday 23 May
We enjoy a morning of leisure. Perhaps search stalls for a final memento, or savour the last rays of sunshine before our tour concludes.
